My mother and my father

My mother and my father are my superhero and inspiration because since birth I know that both of them are always there for me to care and give love. I love them both very much. When I was a child my father said to me that when I was in stroller and I’m falling down I was only quiet and do not crying owww I was shock when I know that, but I’m so really quite since when I was a child and until now.

Our parents are always there to give us advice to the things that make us to be good. I know sometimes our parents are very strict when it comes to the something that them know make us to be bad or good but that is for us so just accept it.

Every parents always said that we need to study hard because it helps us to be a successful one or professional in our future someday. Also if we have a beautiful job we need to pay all the sacrifices that our parents do for us. I’ll wait for that.

My mother is so kind, loving, happy and sometimes naughty person. She is my close compared to my father because my father is sometimes busy so we have no time to talk it, so sad because I felt sometimes that the work of my father is better than to me tsk! But I know that all the sacrifices that he do is for all the needs in our family.

My father is very kind, loving, and happy person but sometimes he is very strict compared to my mother. Sometimes even if he is exhausted because of his work he help me, teach me to the other things that I didn’t know. I’m so happy and proud because he is my father.

12 - Christmas Day

Favorite time of the year

Christmas Day

One of the biggest time of the year ever Christmas this is the time where all of the Filipinos give thanks and share any things with each other, also this is the same where everyone celebrate the birthday of our God Jesus Christ or the time when he is born.

Every Christmas I and my family go in our province Batangas, so then we meet our other relatives us we called “reunion”. I love travel because when I’m travel I saw, learn and discover different places.

My mother cook delicious food such like Adobo, Kare-kare, Caldereta and some other dishes but one of my favorite when it comes to the food is dessert. I love desserts very much because dessert foods such like ice cream, graham and cake is so very delicious even if it is sweet I don’t care joke. I’m happy when I saw a different shapes, textures and delicious taste of candies and chocolates.

My father and uncles preparing games, activities and other part of the program, while waiting me and my cousins play games, PS2, board games and the traditional games “the sipa, tumbang preso and patintero’’ even though I am a girl I enjoy play those games we only meet and play once a year after all.

After a long preparation and after has been settle we all sing our favorite song totoy bibo. Everyone dance and sing you can see through their eyes the happiness and unexplained feeling.  

Christmas Day is one of the favorite time of the year of all people around the world, but we have a different culture so each of us celebrated it in different way. But me it is okay to celebrate it just simply Christmas as long we have together and I’m happy with that. I’ll pick Christmas one of my favorite day in a year because it once in a year happening and all the members together in our family is sometimes bonding together like that so we happy in the day of Christmas. 10 - Liking someone or disliking someone

What is the real basis of your liking someone you know? Or your dislike for someone you know?

           

      The question is the basis of my liking someone I know and dislike of someone I know. First of all I want to talk about someone I like. All of you probably know what I likes. I am Liahona Macasaet. Certified fan of kpop, one direction, before you exit and a religious person. I like people who has the same hobbies or likes.

 

      Like bands. One Direction (common abbreviated as 1D are an English-Irish pop boy band based in London composed of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson), Before You Exit ( is an pop band from Orlando Florida. They formed in 2007) members Connor McDonough, Riley McDonough and Toby McDonough and my favorite of all time is kpop. K-pop influenced my daily life. It has a very unique and excessive performance I ever watch. Kpop is my inspiration. I love each one of them especially boy groups and of course girl groups. I want to know about more in kpop, one direction and before you exit because I love them all so much even if it’s hard to accept to see them now in personal. Insert sad life.

      If someone of my classmates who has the same hobbies or likes. I will barely want to talk to him/her. I just want to have a good conversation because I believe if we are going to talk about something that we likes we going to have bonds that’s last. Let us go for my religion. I really love my religion Mormon. I want to believe and to fight of its principles.

Your dislike for someone you know?

     I dislike people who is extremely late .I am not a late comer. I value time so much, my time is very important because I believe time is gold. Thank you for reading.

 

 

9 - Bayani Ba To?

We should thanks our heroes because of them we have our freedom. This last august 15 we celebrated the national hero’s day. In Asia Pacific College we celebrate it by having an event such like “Bayan o Sarili?” in this we acknowledge the heroism of General Luna. We also tackle the life of our heroes like Bonifacio and Rizal.

 

 

 

           I love the way they presented the life of our heroes. Although, I already know a lot of their lives they made me realized that I must know about their history.  Mr. Xiao Chua explained it all clearly and amazingly. I really do understand about how our heroes sacrifice their lives and what they been through just to make our country free. I also enjoyed his presentation he use a lots of words that made his listener amazed. He made us realized what the true meaning of hero. They introduced the new film that all about General Luna, in this movie shows that the real heroes is not perfect. They also let us asked about the things we want to know, giving us the true information about our superheroes. General Luna is one of the best General of all time his tactical plan and wars techniques is simply the best. He died in Filipinos hands, he killed by the same people he trying to save, but before he died he made a really big thing he made the Filipinos united to fight for our country, to be strong on what we’re fighting for. He’s one of the major reason why we have our happiness, why we can go out and hangout we our friends he’s one of the reason why we have our freedom.

 

 

True hero is not perfect not like what we watch in TV, also not in what we read in fiction books. Real heroes doesn’t have super strength, super speed, mind reader or even any superpowers, anybody can be a real heroes just be yourself, do good deeds you don’t have to die for your country or for anybody, just be a better person that you can be.

8 - SOCSIT Week

July 29 to 31 is our SOCSIT Week. First, we have an earthquake drill in the morning. I know all the school's practice it for all the safetiest of all people. And we need it because when the earthquake drill was there and we did not prepare there’s an unexpected things that happen if you did not prepare that is why practice an earthquake drill is important.

The following day we have an opening ceremony in parking lot. Each block was there and they have own tarpaulin represents their blocks. There is a dance group perform and I’m so happy because I love dancing and I am inspired to that, dancing is my one of my hobby but I am shy so limited people will know that.

And after the opening ceremony, I’m shock and happy because one of my friend belong in the MR. and MS. SOCSIT 2015. I’m so happy for her because she is very active and I know that in first she will be the winner.

In the afternoon we have a game 30 Seconds Fame or Shame. On that time I feel so nervous because I do not know what we going to do. Many students in APC watch in the auditorium so if you can get shame oww it’s so awkward but since that was an only game and only 30 seconds I’ll try myself to have a self-confidence and just have for fun.

And in the evening, one of my unforgettable moments because that is the day when my friend going to perform and answer the question to be a next MS.SOCSIT. I’m so proud of being her friend because she is my only friend who so famous and I know she is beautiful, smart, kind and naughty hahaha but she didn’t like  being called a famous and rich. After a long time I’m waited to be announced a next winner in MS.SOCSIT 2015 ohhh I’m so so happy because she is the winner and I inspired because of her so I’m happy because I have a friend like her.

7 - Me, Myself and I

Something Nice About Me



          Hi!!! Here we go again....this topic is about to me of course. Hopefully we can be friends. Some people said that my name was unique, gorgeous and they ask me what does it mean ? 
          My name is come from gospel this is a brass ball that God gave to Lehi's family to show them the way to go in the wilderness. It worked only when Lehi’s family was righteous. That is my little bit explanation about my name so now you know what my name means.

                                              

          When it becomes to people I’m very excited and so curious I don’t know why or it just because I’m happy to meet new people’s attitude and see their new faces.

           I’m so shy actually and very quite person but if you know me or we so much close there was a unexpected things that makes you shock about in me joke.
           I love people who always there for me when I have a problem and makes me happy when I’m sad.
          And the attitude that I like in a kind of guy is gentleman, honest, patience all positive attitude and the important of them all is a member of the church so that makes me happy too.
          
          When it comes to dancing and singing, i'm not totally good, but there so many things and people that inspired me, that's why i'm gonna do that. I like to drawing also, but when i am interested only.

          When it comes to church, when we have a activity i'm so happy because there was another we gonna do, another we have a learn about good things together with young women. 
          
          Before i baptized i feel so nervous because i don't expect that many people will come to our baptism together with my sister, i don't feel the holy ghost, so i don't know what i'm gonna do, but when i got a long experience. I feel so faithful, safe, positive thinker and confident filled with the holy ghost. Do you know what holy ghost means ?
   
         Filled with the Holy Ghost tell a person's mind and heart what is true. That is the one that i have Holy Ghost. 
         You will be able to do right thing through your heart and mind. But sometimes you cannot avoid to do wrong because to the people around's you.
         So also need to conduct careful because sometimes we do not control or it does not expect that I'm in the wrong even if we do not want.

6 - Youth Conference

The time when me performed in front of an audience..



        I want to share with you my experience in youth conference. First time it happened in my life. It’s also one I will not forget. This event is related to church so really happy. The three days camping that all your expenses such as food, transport and others will answer to the church, you just take your clothes or your other need so you will not spend.

        The purpose of youth conference is to build faith in Jesus Christ, strengthen testimonies, develop talents, make new friends, and have fun with youth who share similar beliefs and standards.

     

YOUTH CONFERENCE means

Young men and young women ages 14 to 18 are invited to participate together in an activity or series of activities called youth conference. Youth conferences are usually held once each year on a ward or stake level. They may also be held on a multistake or area level. Stake youth conferences are planned and carried out by the stake Aaronic Priesthood–Young Women committee under the direction of the stake presidency. Youth should be invited to assist the committee as much as possible in planning stake youth conferences. The stake presidency may invite youth to attend the committee’s meetings as needed.

Select a gospel theme for the conference. It could be a scripture, the Mutual theme for the year, or a quotation from a living prophet. The stake presidency should approve the theme. Plan activities such as devotionals, group meetings, learning experiences, and service projects that are consistent with the theme.

Members of the bishopric or stake presidency are invited to attend as much of the conference as possible. Young Men and Young Women presidencies are encouraged to attend the entire conference.

         In the 3rd day, the day that each ward plan and prepare a presentation that illustrates a gospel principle related to the camp theme.

    

         If your camp theme is about Youth Theme 2015: O ye that embark in the service of God. You perform about it. 

         I'm so nervous because all stake was there, the president, the bishops, young women and young men leaders and the all members in whole stake.We have a limited time to practice that's why we need to be serious.

        Our presentation is all about in one non member that always watching us dance and he's inspired  to do it too, because to the members he became a member for the good influence of  not only dancing but also to teach him a word of God.

        

         Our group decided to practice a dance, while us practice a dancing we saw a one non member that always one of our viewers. And we going to talk to him '' do you like dancing too'' ? and he answer yes! after we ask him, we teach him a steps and we going to talk to him, we tried to invite him in our church and he agree to that. And we consider him also a member of our group. And he continue to what he get started.I'm happy that I can be an example to someone.

5 - Kpop

Daydream


         I have a daydream that i wanted to share with you especially when you are kpopper, hopefully can you relate to this because I want you to know that I am the one who a super fan girl in kpop, I hope you too.


       Seoul, this is one country that I like to visit, because this country is related to kpop so all the fans all over the world admiring and desiring to go in that place and I am the one who also desiring to that. Well, when I'm exactly in there I feel so happy and of course very excited and can wait to see them all. However that experience will happen to me when I can get there woohhh that's my one memories that I will not forget forever until I die.          

 I want to present to you one of my favorite bias his stage name is Onew, his true name is Lee Jinki and also he is the leader of my favorite group SHINee, I'll pick onew than the other members because he had a unique voice, smart, good leader, handsome, and among of all is, his voice I really like his voice.
Onew favorite food is chicken .....! That's why when I go to korea i'll prepare many chicken and I give it all only to him ... and also to his other member actually. He's 25 years old, SHINee group was started in 2008. Their group was belong to a company named SM TOWN, SM TOWN has a many group that was very famous, that company also is  popular in kpop.



Jimin, Jin, Kyungsoo, N, Daehyun, Sandeul, Sungjae, Kangjun, Minhyuk, Chunji, and Ray that's my other bias, I like to introduce each one of them yet, but that's too long if I continue.
Sometimes I feel awkward because I'm going to the posters, or their photo and I'm going to talk to them. What ? hahah that's true but it's just only a daydream. I'll accept that woooh, Well that's cool being awkward sometimes not always.

I admit that I'm more on in boy groups and I am who stalker to them, I love them all, I love kpop. The question is how do you become a kpopper ? Well, there's was a time that we have a cable and I don't know what I'm going to watch so I'm going to another channel, moving to another channel, and suddenly I stop to one channel because I saw a boy group dancing and singing and I say what was that ? Well in that time I don't know what kpop is

When I continue to finish it owww hahahah this is so awkward but I fell in love in one member of them and his name is kyungsoo, he is my first bias in kpop and he belonged to the group EXO since I saw him I'm become a kpopper or fangirl actually. I'll try to discover, search about their information. Boy groups and each one of  them, when I see another beautiful group, well I did that again and again until i'm shock because I have a lot of knowledge about in kpop I don't know why or it's just because I really love kpop. I have many collections in kpop like posters, stickers, pins, photo cards, socks, folder etc. I've spent to all of my merchandise was 1k. I want also buy a kpop album but my parents did not agree so I cannot continue that. 
  Don't call the kpop boy groups are gay because that's the one not really really true and if you say that hmm ! You will ... nevermind but don't call them a gay please !

                But me being a fan girl i'm not lost hope even if sometimes i know it's just really only a daydream. What! Oh ! So Sad but i'll try to accept that. I don't give up grrrr FIGHTING !!!

4 - Activities

Unforgettable Experience


Hi! There! I just wanted to share with you my unforgettable experience. I know that each of us has own experience, but me i have a lot of experience more on in our church that i wanted to share since we moving here to manila, that's why my other blog was related in our church.



Family Indexing, Family History and Personal Progress. This is the activities i'm gonna do, that makes my experience will be unforgettable.

FAMILY INDEXING this is a volunteer project established and run by FamilySearch, a genealogy organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This project aims to create searchable digital indexes for scanned images oh historical documents. They include census records, birth and death certificates, marriage licenses, military and property records, and other vital records maintained by local, state, ever and national governments. However, they access the billions of names that appear on these images, indexes are needed to be able  to search them efficiently. FamilySearch this is anticipates that the number of names and associated genealogical data indexed is expected to accelerate as more people volunteer to index. I'm happy when i gonna do this together with young women because me/we discover a lot about my family. 



                                                                FAMILY HISTORY

                                     

          This is essential forerunner of temple work for our deceased ancestors. We do it to obtain names and other genealogical information so these temple ordinances can be performed for them.

        Family History or Family Tree is very important. I'ts help you to know more about your previous ancestors. I'm not done yet to do that, but i'm going to continue when i have a time and i want to do that together with young women....happy together. I'm started to do my all of this activities in this year only because this is a requirement in Youth Con and i want to enjoyed their so i'm gonna started it. 

      

         
          And the last but not the least is PERSONAL PROGRESS this is the one requirement in young women you need to finish and you will be able to get a 'Medallion', this is the reward when you get finish the personal progress. Young Women has motto and theme. The Motto is "stand for truth and righteousness." and the Young Women theme is "We are the Daughters of our Heavenly Father, who loves us, and we love Him. We will ''stand as witnesses of God at all times and all things, and all places''(Mosiah 18:9) as we strive to live the Young Women values, which are Faith. Divine Nature. Individual Worth. Knowledge. Choice and Accountability. Good Works. Integrity and Virtue. We believe as we come to accept and act upon these values, we will be prepared to strengthen home and family, make and keep sacred covenants, receive the ordinances of the temple, and enjoy the blessings of exaltation.'' So beautiful...Hopefully i will get to finish my personal progress because sometimes i'm lazy to work on it sometimes i'm busy owww..... that's why i don't know what i'm gonna do to finish that, but the young women leaders and members was always there to help me to complete my family history, family indexing, my personal progress and the other activities in our church. I'm inspired to do our activities because I've learn a lot a things and i want to discover more, more on in my family history.




          This is I'll pick one of those experience and memories that i will not forget because first this is makes me happy, second i learn many things about in my family life and the last i learn how to make a family history, family indexing and personal progress with the help of our members in the church that i will also apply in my daily lives. 
          That's all hopefully you will appreciate my blog and you will do also what i'm doing too so we help each other and we finish it together.
